That's a great photomanip. I love how the top part of the front of the apple looks like its cheeks... and the stem where the leaf is attached looks like a nose... and the rest of it gives a complete suggestion of a head.

But I gotta say there's something off with the mouth part in the reflection. Additionally there's droplets on the reflected apple's surface that don't look like they shoudl be there... I'd get rid of the ones that exist in the reflected tongue.

Still its great! I love it.

LOL, you have a better imagination than I do... it was simply supposed to be an apple with a tongue... And thanks for letting me know about the water drops on the tongue in the reflection. I didn't catch that.
