I quite like this, nice consistant theme going and easy on the eye. However, the bottom set of navigation links seem out of place (the box around each link). Maybe darker the colour a little, since the bottom part of the layout is dark anyway.

Looks good. Is it based on Foliage? This theme rather looks like it, which isn't bad at all.
